Description:
- Royal Decree of His Majesty and Lords of the Council, by which the Royal Resolutions are renewed regarding the approval of Architects and Masters of works, what must indispensably precede their 'execution', the appointment of Architects and their qualities, and the rest that is expressed.
- Written, as noted above, in the old Castilian of the time, hence the two misspelled words.
- The Royal Decree is an eminently dispositive document, which became the normal vehicle for relations between the king and the Indian authorities; it generally contains a precept of governance.
- The Cédula is dated 1814, printed at the royal printing house in Madrid. Composed of eight pages plus the title page.

Conservation and Damage:
- Very good general condition.
- The paper is thick and of good quality.
- It is complete and in perfect condition.
- The booklet has not suffered external aggressions such as humidity, rust, insect attacks, rodents, etc.
- It presents the wear typical of it’s time.

Comments:
- Measurements are approximate.
- The tones of the colours in the photos are not the same as the tones of the real colours.
- The paper for sale is the one that corresponds to the photos. The description is not a detailed exposition of it.
