Description:
- Costumes Français engraving.

- In the lower margin is the legend ‘François Ier Costume paré 1540 - Charles VII Costume militaire d'apparat 1450’.
- In the upper right corner is printed the number ‘Pl. 19’, which suggests that the engraving is Pl.19 of a series.
- Chalcographic etching on steel plate, although another technique could also have been used.
- Produced in single-colour black tone, very well inked.
- It is probably an engraving belonging to a book.

Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good.
- It is very well inked, and has a good stamping.
- The engraving is on thick, good quality paper.
- The engraving is very clean, with almost no rust stains.
- With very small tears at the tips, and slightly deteriorated with slight bending.
- If light washing and bleaching were applied, the result would be very good.

Comments:
- Measurements are approximate.
- The tones of the colours in the photos are not the same as the tones of the real colours.
- The Print for sale is the one that corresponds to the photos. The description is not a detailed exposition of the same.
- The data provided here are personal opinions not contrasted.
