Description:
- Plated brass circular medal, with flat handle without ring, located in the Second Half of the 20th century. In the measure of the diameter the handle has not been considered.
- Obverse: SANCTE PATER DOMINICE ORA PRO NOBIS: Holy Father Dominican pray for us.
- Front: Saint Dominic of Guzman, founder of the Order of the Dominicans or also known as the Order of Preachers
- Back: LAUDARE - BENEDICERE - PRAEDICARE: Praise - Bless - Preach.
- Reverse: Emblem of the Dominican Religious or also known as Order of Preachers.
- Song: Plain without any inscription.
- Magnificent high relief of the bust of Saint Dominic of Guzman, undoubtedly made by a first order artist. The execution of the Medal is unsurpassed
- It has a unique and attractive patina, being made of a brass that has a high percentage of copper.
- The artistic quality of the medal is very high, executed through a very personal style and with great ease, achieving in the high reliefs some harmonic and expressive effects.
- We have not found any Contrast or Distinction in the Medal, which provides us with the data of the identity of it"s authors.

Conservation and Damage:
- The Medal, is in good state of conservation, taking into account the manifest observations.
- The plated is worn in the most exposed areas, both on the obverse and reverse.
- Both the obverse and the reverse of the Medal are in a perfect state of conservation, observing the aforementioned wear and tear.
- The edges of the edge are free from damage.
- On the obverse side, the figures of the crucifixion present a slight general wear, uniformly on this entire face.
- On the Reverse side, the high relief presents a slight general wear, uniformly on this whole face.

Comments:
- Both measurements and weight are approximate.
- Very interesting as a collector- Because it is inevitable the differences of tonalities between photos and reality, you must have in mind that the tones of the colors of the photos are not exactly equal to the tones of the real colors.
- The object has the wear and tear of its time, as well as some stains. It has small flaws.
