Description:
- Small chiselled mortar with original hand.
- The mortar is made of bronze and chiselled.
- Although it is not very old, it is the perfect size for making small mixtures or as a decorative element.
- It is heavy but manageable. The decoration is simple but beautiful.
- Made with a lathe. On the base you can see the markings.
- Made from a single piece, the hand is his original.
- We think it has its origin in the Asian area, possibly India, with a design that is closer to his style.
- No distinctive markings, marks or contrasts have been located, which could provide details of where it was made, details of the maker, as well as other information.

Conservation and Damage:
- The mortar is in a perfect state of preservation.
- It retains a nice period patina.
- It has minor knocks and scratches due to age.
- The object shows the wear and tear typical of it's age.
