Description:
- Instrumental plumb bob from the second half of the 20th century, with a solid iron weight, and without preserving the nut.
- The body of the weight is cone-shaped, 6.7 cm. high and 4.4 cm. in diameter, with a threaded head.
- The thread is small in size and diameter, with a small thread and pitch.
- The head is made of iron, and is finished in the form of a nut, in order to facilitate the tightening of the head.
- A mark has been located on the body of the plumb bob: 300, which corresponds to the size of the Weight.
- The nut is also marked: "KAMAX 86".
- The plumb bob has traces of red paint on it.
- The fact that a plumb bob has some distinctive mark or contrast, different from the number of its size, is a very rare detail and of great importance for the interest of the plumb bob.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
