Description:
- Teruel enamelled terracotta bowl. Small basin.
- Teruel ceramics, it is a conservative and popular ceramic, of a certain coarseness and imperfection, in which green and manganese colours predominate.
- The bowl is glazed all over the inside of the small basin, while the outside of the base is unglazed, maintaining the reddish colour of the original terracotta.
- It was made by hand, with three marks on the inside of the three-legged support for firing, while on the outside the three points of support have not been detected.
- It is enamelled in a light-grey colour, with green and purple decoration on the inside. The exterior remains original.
- From the characteristics of the ceramic, we believe that it is at least from the second half of the early 18th century.
- It does not have any distinguishing mark that could identify it.
- It is a rare piece to find with this quality and conservation.
