- The Chips are made by hand, with a high quality in their realization, being able to observe small defects of execution.
- Each Token is made in two pieces, one made of bone on its upper side, and another made of wood on its lower side. Both parts are glued together.
- The value points are located on the upper face, which are made by hand using a circular slit, so they do not maintain perfect symmetry.
- The box is made of wood, with a high quality in its production; it has a beautiful hook closure, which is in perfect condition. The lid resembles a domino tile, preserving the proportions. It maintains the same characteristics of the card; that is, the lower part made of wood and the upper part with a bone sheet approximately 1 mm thick. This detail makes it a curious piece.
- No mark or inscription has been found that could provide data on its place of manufacture, as well as on the craftsman or workshop that participated in its execution.
Conservation and damage:
- The domino is in a very good state of conservation, due to its little use.
- Some of the chips show some wear and small cracks in the wood.
- The value points are painted black, paint that has been slightly lost in some of the pieces, as can be seen in the photographs.
