Description:
- Plumb bob Construction of the first half of the 20th century, with bronze weight, 9,1 cm. high, 3,2 cm. diameter and a weight of 241 gr.
- The thread is of medium size and large diameter, with medium thread and pitch.
- The body of the weight is filled with lead, composed of a conical and cylindrical part.
- Along the length of the body there are several turned grooves of subtle depth, creating a harmonious overall effect.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information on the place where it was made, the maker"s details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
Conservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, with many, but very small knocks and scratches, both on the edges and edges, as well as on the faces.
- It has small casting defects along the body.
