Description:
- Round medal with flat handle, and without ring of the First Half of the XXth century.
- Plain edge without any inscription.
- Obverse: Pope Gregory the Great, 604 AD.
- Reverse: The Virgin of Perpetual Help, with the child in her arms and two little angels placing the crown on her.
- The medal is very well made and has an excellent workmanship, achieving harmonious and expressive effects in the high reliefs.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information.

Conservation and Damage:
- The Medal is in a very good state of preservation.
- It has small knocks and scratches due to use.
- It shows the wear typical of it’s time.
