Description:
- Wooden make-up box.
- Nice medium sized box, with four compartments for make-up.
- It has a simple and very elegant design.
- Hand carved in wood, without lid. With four compartments, a round one in the middle, two small ones on one side, and a bigger one on the other side.
- Very homemade, made with good proportions, it has a medium size, ideal for use in the boudoir.
- We think it is a make-up box from India. It has been cleaned, and in some of the compartments there were traces of colour.
- We think it originated in the Asian area, possibly India, with a design that is closer to their style.
- No distinctive markings, marks or contrasts have been found that could provide information on where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information.
