Propelling gold plated metal. This is a nice chuck of the first half of the twentieth century, gold-plated. As seen in the photographs, the pencil has two rings white enamel and gold, creating a beautiful border. The pencil is in perfect condition. We tried to find the mine you need but it was impossible. It seems that no longer make such mines. Beautiful gold-plated pencil, found in perfect condition for use. Data here are personal opinions not proven.
