Description:
- Engraving by La Cuilla Lacra, from Volume I of the books ‘The Mysteries of Paris’, by Eugenio Sué. 1844
- All the titles and signatures are outside the plate.
- In the upper margin it has the legend ‘TomoI P. 25’.
- In the lower margin it has the legend ‘La Cuilla Lacra’.
- Intaglio etching on steel plate, although another technique could also have been used.
- It is in single-colour black, with very good ink.

Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good.
- The ink is very good and the print is well stamped.
- The engraving is on medium-thickness paper of fair quality.
- The engraving has suffered from humidity, so the paper has small humidity stains and rust spots.
- If a light washing and bleaching were applied to it, the result would be very good.

Comments:
