Description:
Nice Chinese censer. It is a replica of a classic Chinese three-legged incense burner, of small size, normally used in homes.
It has a seal on the bottom of its base. The legs represent the figure of a monkey. In the belly it has two buttons facing each other, with curved decorative shapes. In the lower and upper part of the belly, it has simulated two riveted annular reinforcements. It has no cover.
The body is one piece. The three legs have been welded to the body. The foundry is quite good, no faults being noticed in it.
The quality of the patina is very well achieved. It does not have a great detail in its finish, being the monkeys of the legs the worst finished.
Comments:
Very interesting as a collection and decorative piece. Spectacular in an illuminated niche, with a minimalist decoration.
Because the differences in tonalities between photos and reality are inevitable, keep in mind that the color tones of the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the actual colors. The piece presents the wear and tear of its time, as well as some stains. It has small flaws. The information provided here are personal opinions not contrasted. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE ON MONDAY.
