Description:
- Semi-square medal, die-cut in aluminium. The ring is in one of its corners, so it hangs diagonally.
- Obverse: Infant Jesus of Prague and monogram "JHS" at the top of the medal, above the infant Jesus. He is surrounded by a crown of ears of wheat.
- Reverse: The Virgin Mary with the Child Jesus in her arms. Surrounding the following inscription: Confraternity of the Miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague. On the upper part it has the coat of arms of the Royal Brotherhood of Our Lady of Carmen Coronada.
- Edge: Plain without inscriptions.
- The high relief of the Medal has a great quality.
- We have not found any Contrast or Distinctive on the Medal, which would provide us with data on the identity of its authors.
Conservation and damage:
- The Medal is in a very good state of preservation.
- Both the obverse and reverse show minimal wear.
- The object shows wear typical of it"s age.
Comments:
- Both the Measurements, as well as the Weight, are approximate.
- Very interesting as a collector"s item and decorative element.
- It is very difficult to find objects with these characteristics.
- The tones of the colours in the photos are not the same as the tones of the real colours.
