Description:
- This is a beautiful H. Morin compass box, from the second half of the 20th century.
- It has three line pullers, one with a steel handle and two with a bone handle. One of the bone-handled ones does not originally belong to the box, but it is from the same family and looks very similar to the original.
- The H. Morin mark can be seen on the steel-handled line pull and on the two compasses.
Preservation and damage:
- One of the line pullers with bone handle is not original to the box.
- It has almost no rust.
- The box shows the wear and tear of its age.
Comments:
- Measurements and weight are approximate.
- Very interesting as a collector"s item and decorative element.
- It is of great importance to be able to identify data such as its maker, the place where it was made and other details.
- Due to the unavoidable differences in tonalities between photos and reality, it should be taken into account that the tones of the colours in the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colours.
