Description:
Medal in the shape of a cross, cut in brass and silver. The thickness of the medal itself, not counting the ring, is 0'3 cm. The length of the cord is 64 cm.
Obverse: Jesus Christ of half body, with the hands on the chest indicating the heart. On the lateral and upper arms of the cross, the motto 'ADVENIAT REGNUM TUUM' is inscribed. In the lower arm of the cross, the symbol 'a concentric cross and circle, with a burning heart in this center' is inscribed.
Reverse: Virgin of half body, with the hands on the chest indicating the heart. On the side arms is inscribed the motto 'APOSTOLATE OF PRAYER-EUCHARISTIC CROSS'. In the upper arm, it has inscribed the symbol 'A and M' interlaced, which means Hail Mary. In the lower arm of the cross, it has inscribed the symbol 'A cross and two concentric circles, with a consecrated form in this center, on a chalice'. The quality of the Medal is not very high, but with a very suggestive overall result. The medal remains practically without any major blow. We have not found any type of registration or signature that identifies the author, no contrast of the foundry, or any other brand that can identify it. The patina you have, due to the time elapsed, is very attractive. The silver shows some wear, allowing the brass to be seen in the most prominent parts.
Both the measurements and the weight are approximate. Very interesting as a collector's item.
