- Spine with gilt horizontal irons. The title 'AVENTURAS DE UN VIEJERO RELATADAS POR ÉLMO MISMO' and the initials of a previous owner 'C-G-H' are stamped in gilt.
- Fine thick brown paper guards, printed with purple horizontal lines.

Conservation and Damage:
- General Condition Good and little fatigued, with cuts with minimal soiling.
- The leaves are in good condition, with no tears or stains. The first and last leaves have a lot of rust, probably due to the influence of the flyleaves.
- Caused by rubbing due to use, the covers have slightly lost their paper, mainly at the edges.
- The cuts are well preserved and with little soiling. The top cut is slightly dirtier.
