The last Supper. This is a blank plate of the Last Supper of Jesus with the twelve apostles. The plate is framed with a wooden frame of the time, and really good quality. Much of the plate is raised, causing a sense of realism, besides being a curious and unusual in this series of plates religious element. It has two figures and several added elements in relief, giving it more exceptional value. At the bottom, there is an inscription that says: ´Truly, truly, I say that one of you will make me treason´. Phrase uttered by Jesus at the Last Supper and referring to Judas Iscariot, the apostle who betrays him. The board is very well done, with all details. We think it is a mixture of copper and zinc, mostly copper. Beautiful and curious picture that is in perfect condition.
