- The book, written in Spanish and Portuguese, is conceived as a work and consultation tool, both for professionals or students of construction, and for any other person interested in the subject of architecture and construction. The content is very well structured and of great interest.
- Pier Luigi Nervi, an Italian engineer, taught as a professor of engineering at the University of Rome. He is known for his brilliance as a structural engineer and his innovative use of reinforced concrete.
- The book is richly illustrated with both drawings and photographs.
- Two labels by Pier Luigi Nervi, from Editorial Gustavo Gili, S.A., are preserved.

Description of the book:
- Sewn binding of good execution, with guillotine cuts, untreated, from the Second Half of the 20th century.
- The text and illustrations are printed in black, with good ink, good printing, well centred and with good margins.
- Book printed on lightly fluted paper, of medium thickness and good quality.
- Soft cardboard covers and spine, with full orange editorial cloth, good quality.
- The cover is printed with the author's name, the name of the book and one of the buildings designed by the author (Pier Luigi Nervi - Paperback Studio). It does not have a jacket.
- Spine printing: Name and surname of the author.
- The back cover is stamped with a small description of the book.

Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good.
- Sewn binding in good condition.
- The pages of the Text are in good condition, not having breaks or stains.
- The first page has a stain caused by Pier Luigi Nervi- It has small stains, some discoloured parts with scratches and folds. Traces of glue can be seen on the inside of the covers.
- The book has not suffered any external aggressions such as humidity, insect or rodent attacks, etc.
- The covers and cuts are well preserved and with little dirt.
- The book shows the wear and tear of its time.

Comments:
- Both the Measures and the Weight are approximate.
- To make the photos of the Interior Pages, these have been fixed with clamps.
- Because it is inevitable the differences of tonalities between photos and reality, you must have in mind that the tones of the colours of the photos are not exactly equal to the tones of the real colours.
- The book for sale is the one corresponding to the photos, which in turn are complemented in this Description, with the aim of providing a better knowledge of the Object, and never being a detailed exhibition of it.
