Description:
- Chiselled Indian dish/tray.
- Made in brass, it has no punches or punches. It has only some letters on the back which we have not been able to identify.
- Chiselling is the art of working with chisel and hammer on metal plates to turn them into a high or bas-relief figure.
- The dish/tray is decorated all around the front, creating floral and geometric details, which are widely used in the Asian area. In the centre is a four-pointed star.
- A ring has been attached to the back of the dish for hanging.

Conservation and Damage:
- The tray is in very good condition.
- It is complete and retains a very nice shine and patina.
- On the front it has worn parts and darker areas where the gilding of the brass has deteriorated.
- It shows wear and tear typical of it
