- This is an hour of newspaper, where a small woodcut engraving appears of an old hotel located next to the town hall of Alicante, called Hotel de Ville.
- It is probably a newspaper dated between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, published in France, as it has all the text written in French.
- The engraving shows the street leading directly to the Town Hall Square in Alicante. Several characters can be seen dressed in period costumes.
- The names of any of the authors do not appear, nor does anything refer to the newspaper or the engraving.

Conservation and Damage:
- Very good general condition.
- The engraving has a good thickness and quality of paper.
- It is clean with no rust or damp stains.
- It shows wear and tear typical of it's age.
