- Used 8 Ore postage stamp from Denmark, 1875. Colors: Blue-gray and red.
- On the obverse, the number 8 is displayed in white with a crown, surrounded by branches from which a trumpet hangs. It is framed by a border with the inscriptions 'DANMARK' and 'POSTFRIM. 8 ORE'. The entire print is surrounded by a blue-gray watermark.
- Vertical perforation: 16. Vertical perforations: 15.
- Horizontal perforation: 14. Horizontal perforations: 13.
- Circular postmark with an illegible date.
- Printed on medium-thickness, good-quality, very light off-white paper in single-color shades of blue-gray and red. Very good ink, good embossing, and good centering.
- No hallmarks, marks, or hallmarks have been found that could provide further information about this postage stamp.
Conservation and Damage:
- Overall Condition: Good.
- The stamp has been recently washed, so the gum is missing.
- Very little perforation in some teeth. The tooth in one corner is missing.
- No damage or tears are observed on the stamp.
- The stamp shows wear typical of it's age.
