SILVER PLATED BRONZE BELL WITH ORIGINAL CLAPPER AND ROPE.

Description:
- Beautiful hanging bell, made of bronze, including the clapper ball. The hook is made of iron. It is silver plated. It has a rope tied to the clapper.
- This type of bells were used for various purposes, the most common use was to warn of the presence of certain animals, for which it was hung from the animal's collar.
- The shoulder, the upper part of the bell, has a ring. The half foot, where the clapper strikes, has a lowered ring. Overall, the bell has a good thickness.
- The hitch and ring are almost rust free, and the ball is in very good condition, with no rust, as it is bronze. The ball in general has wear due to use.
- The bell is used, as the inside of the half foot has several marked clapper marks.
