Description:
- Beautiful jewellery box made of brass, with cloisonné enamel, probably from the second half of the 20th century.
- The box is not round, it has a lobed shape and a very elegant design.
- It has a very fine cloisonné enamel, executed in great detail, and in various colours.
- On the lid it has two owls, what looks like a family, mother/father and son/daughter.
- The inner part and the base have a light blue enamel.
Conservation and Damage:
- The box is in very good condition.
- It retains a spectacular period patina.
- It has minor knocks and scratches due to age. The enamel has not come off in any area. It opens and closes without any problem.
