BLACK LOBED BOX. CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL.

Description:
- Beautiful pillbox made of brass, with cloisonné enamel, probably from the second half of the 20th century.
- The box is lobed, with five lobes, and has a very elegant design.
- It has a very fine cloisonné enamel, executed in great detail, and in various colours. The base is black, and the flowers are blue and red.
- The inner part and the base are enamelled in black.

Conservation and Damage:
- The box is in good condition.
- It retains a spectacular period patina.
- It has small knocks and scratches due to age.
- On one of the sides it has three small knocks, and as a consequence the enamel has come off.
- It opens and closes without any problem.
- The object shows the wear and tear of it's age.
