Description of contents:
- The book, written in Spanish and written in the form of letters, is extremely rare and unknown. Illustrated with drawings.
- The author Elías Palma Ortega (Huelva 1891), was one of the main Marxist leaders in the province. He joined the popular army, where he was a commander. Before the war, he had published one book. In 1937, he published 'El primer libro de la epopeya'.
- The author calls the 'love letters' 'Cards of War'.
- Cover and vignettes by T. Ferrandíz.
- It has a handwritten signature next to a numbering on the title page. NO. 162.

Description of the book:
- Stapled binding of regular execution, with guillotined cuts, from the first half of the 20th century.
- It has a curiosity, and that is that it puts the original price on the back cover, in the lower right corner: Price 6'50 (Pesetas).
- Text and Illustrations in single colour printing in black, good ink, with good stamping, well centred and with good margins.
- Book printed on tan paper, of medium thickness and low quality.
- Hard covers of green editorial paper as well as the spine.
- Cover is stamped in black 'Sinfonía Completa de Amor'.
- Stamped on spine: 'Year 1938. Sinfonía Completa de Amor. Elías Palma'.
Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good, somewhat worn.
- Stapled binding in good condition, with fatigued covers.
- Cuts painted blue-green, well preserved and with little soiling.
- Text pages are in good condition, with no tears or stains.
- The tips are slightly deteriorated with light creases and folds.
- The book has not suffered external aggressions such as humidity, insect attacks, rodents, etc.
- The mottled green cloth hard covers are in fair condition, torn and deteriorated, with rubbing and creases.
- Spine rubbed and damaged.
- Spine loose, detached from covers, torn, fatigued and scuffed.
- Book shows wear typical of it's age.
Comments:
- Both the measurements and the weight are approximate.
- In order to take the photos of the inside pages, these have been held with tweezers.
- Ideal book as a collector's item. Very difficult to find.
- Due to the unavoidable differences in tonalities between photos and reality, it must be kept in mind that the tones of the colours in the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colours.
