- Circular bronze medal of the Holy Supper.
- The obverse shows the Holy Supper in relief, together with the signature of the sculptor Sousa Machado 81, located at the bottom.
- Reverse: Jesus appears next to Saint John and Saint Peter, with the following line: "Tomai E Comei Todos, Este E"o Meu Corpo. Tomai E Bebei Todos, Este E"o Meu Sangue".
- Raul Sousa Machado, born in 1921, was an officer in the Navy, practised painting, sculpture, drawing, engraving and medals, the latter with a predominance of naval themes. He was part of the team of the Numismatic Programme of coins commemorating the Portuguese discoveries.
- Edge: Plain with no inscription.
- The artistic quality of the medal is very high, executed with great skill, achieving harmonious and expressive effects in the high reliefs.
