- The number "16" is printed in the upper right-hand corner, which suggests that the engraving is number 16 of a series.
- Augustin François Lemaître: French engraver, lithographer, designer, publisher and photographer. He depicted many landscapes, monuments, architecture and people, especially during his many travels in Europe.
