- In the lower left and right margins are the signatures of the authors. The lithographer's name appears in the left-hand margin, and the printer's name appears on the right. The publisher appears in the centre.
- Lemercier & Cie was a large Parisian lithographic printing company founded by Joseph Rose Lemercier (1803-1887).
- Louis Jules Arnout (1814-1868), a lithographer of great renown at the time.
