Description:
- Nice engraving with part of the pentagram called Zapateo, from Alicante.
- In the engraving appears the coat of arms of Alicante in the central superior part, and instead of having the necklace of the Golden Fleece surrounding the coat of arms, different elements related to the city of Alicante appear. Symbology related to the city.
- In the lower area there is a part of a song called Zapateo, in a pentagram, where the lyrics of the ‘Canto de la Guajira’ appear. We do not know exactly what it refers to.
- The engraving has a beautiful border surrounding it, in which various figures and elements appear in chains. These include a lion, a tower, a helmet and the front of the breastplate. In the four corners there are numbers and letters: Y - II - E - R. In addition to the three in Roman numerals (III) in both the upper and lower areas.
- The engraving of the Alicante coat of arms is coloured, probably by hand.
- It is probably an engraving from a book.
