Description:

- In the lower margin is the legend 'Palais de Rosenberg à Copenhague' - 'Rosenberg Palace in Copenhagen'.
- In the upper right-hand corner is printed the number '17', which suggests that the engraving is number 17 in a series.
- It has the signature of Lemaitre direxit in the central part of the lower part of the engraving.
- The director, Augustin François Lemaître: French engraver, lithographer, designer, publisher and photographer. He depicted many landscapes, monuments, architecture and people, especially during his many travels in Europe.
- Intaglio etching on steel plate, although another technique could also have been used.
- Produced in a single-colour black tone.
- It is probably an engraving from a book.

Conservation and Damage:

- The ink is very good, and it has a good stamping.
- The engraving is on thin paper of regular quality.
- The lateral margins are scarce and irregular.
- The engraving has suffered from humidity, so the paper has humidity stains and rust spots.
- The engraving is dirty, with the edges being much dirtier, with very small tears, and the tips slightly deteriorated with slight bending.
- If a light washing and bleaching were applied to it, the result would be very good.
