HAND-PAINTED CERAMIC CANDY BOX. M. SORIANO

Description:
This ceramic candy box is made in Spain. It has a lid with a small handle. At the bottom of the base, there is the legend 'Hand painted. M. Soriano '. The candy box develops its side by slightly insinuated lobes, which are reflected on the lid. On the outside of the side, four stems are painted, all of them different, from a plant with some fruits that seem to be wild strawberries. On the outside of the lid is painted two stems, also different, from the same plant. The ceramic presents some small damages, in the inferior part of the base, and in the interior of the cover, reason why they are hidden in their current use.
Both the measurements and the weight are approximate. This type of box candy is very practical, because it can have many uses such as, for example, keep small items, various household accessories, kitchen jar, and many others. Very interesting as a collector's item.
