Description:
Precious moustache holder in one piece, used exclusively for ink. It does not have any kind of inscription identifying the maker.
It probably dates from the beginning of the second half of the 19th century, although it could be dated to the beginning of the first half of the 19th century, as the characteristics of the instruments were maintained for a long time, due to the high cost of their design and manufacture.
It is in very good condition, with the pointer and the line pull tabs in good condition. The pen can be opened for cleaning.
The steel has some rust marks. It is a little dirty. It would be worthwhile to give it a proper cleaning. It has been carefully designed and manufactured down to the smallest detail, resulting in high quality.
Comments:
Very interesting as a collector's item.
Due to the unavoidable differences in tonalities between photos and reality, it must be taken into account that the tones of the colours in the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colours. The piece shows the wear and tear of its age, as well as some stains. It has minor flaws. The data provided here are personal opinions not contrasted. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE ON MONDAYS.
