Description:
- Complete construction plumb bob from the first half of the 19th century; solid iron weight with a fixed head. The body is cylindrical-conical in shape. It features a brass top block (measuring 2.2 cm high, 3.6 cm wide, and 1.5 cm deep) shaped like a rectangular prism, fitted with a replacement cord. The top block is modern.
- The head is a small sphere, drilled through from side to side, with an additional hole at the top.
- The tip is made of iron, forming an integral part of the plumb bob's body.
- The quality of workmanship is very high, regarding both the casting and the turning of the iron weight.
- No identifying marks, stamps, or hallmarks have been found on the weight.
