- The high relief of the medal has a good quality.
- Obverse: 'Virgo Reparatrix Intercede pro nobis'.
- Reverse: 'Mariana puellarum sodalitas'.
- Stitch: Plain without any inscription.
- We have not found any Contrast or Distinctive on the Medal, which would provide us with information about the identity of its authors.

Conservation and Damage:
- The Medal is in a very good state of preservation.
- Both the front, back and edges show small dents and scratches.
- Neither the obverse nor the reverse show much wear.
