OIL HOUSE WITH BEACH. S.XX

Description:
Oil of irregular invoice, with some magnificent brushstrokes and great expressiveness, signed in the lower right corner, painter that we have not been able to locate. Probably, for the origin of the work, be a French painter of the First Half of the S.XIX.
It has a frame of solid wood, vintage, which allows a perfect fit in any type of decoration.
The state of the painting is perfect, while the frame has suffered some minor deterioration, which does not matter, and which in our opinion must be conserved.
The oil needs a cleaning and the frame a few repasos. The cardboard is protected by a tile on the back. Spectacular in an illuminated niche, with a minimalist decoration.
The painting has not been dismantled from the frame. The measurements of the painting are those corresponding to the exposed part. It should have slightly higher measurements, since it probably conceals a small strip on its outer edge under the frame. The base of the oil we think is pressed cardboard, but it could be another material, since it has not been dismantled. The measure of its thickness is 0'3 cm is supposed.
Because the differences in tonalities between photos and reality are inevitable, keep in mind that the color tones of the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the actual colors. The piece presents the wear and tear of its time, as well as some stains. It has small flaws. The information provided here are personal opinions not contrasted. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE ON MONDAY.
