- Complete Construction Plumb bob from the second half of the 18th century.
- The body of the weight is cylindrical in shape, 7.5 cm. high and 4.6 cm. in diameter, with threaded head.
- The thread is of medium size and diameter, with a medium thread and pitch.
- The nut is original of the plumb bob, made of wood, it is preserved whole and in very good condition.
- The plumb bob is very curious, as it has two possibilities for attaching the rope. The first one is by unscrewing the head and placing the string, and the other possibility is as a fixed head, and passing the string through the horizontal perforation.
- The tip is very rare and curious, resembling the ends of the walnut.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
Preservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, with many, but very minor knocks and scratches.
