- Incomplete plumb bob for Construction of the First Half of the 20th century, with solid bronze weight, threaded head, and without conserving the nut.
- The body of the weight is in the shape of a cylinder, 8 cm. high and 8 cm. in diameter.
- The thread is of medium size and diameter, with a small thread and pitch.
- The plumb bob has a magnificent patina with subtle coppery highlights.
- The quality of the bronze casting, and of the execution of the plumb bob, is good.
- No distinctive markings, marks or contrasts have been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
Preservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, although the Weight has many, but very minor knocks and scratches.
- The cast iron has small cracks on the upper part and a large crack on one side of the plumb bob.
- The plumb bob shows wear typical of it's age.
