Description:
- Used Postal Stamp, 1 Peseta, from Spain, from the year 1924. Blue-black color.
- On the Obverse, within a rectangle, is the ¾ bust looking to the right, with his face in profile, of King Alfonso XIII, in bluish black and white. On the upper side “SPAIN” in white. In each lower corner “Pta.” and “1” in bluish black on a white background within a shield. In the lower right corner, outside the rectangle, is the signature E. VAQUER.
- The postmark is not visible. On the back you can see the control numbers, very loose in blue ink.
- Vertical teeth: 14. Vertical perforations:13.
- Horizontal teeth: 12. Horizontal perforations:11.
- Printed on good quality thin thick paper, very light off-white, made in monochrome bluish black tone, very good ink, good printing and good centering.
- No distinctive, mark or hallmark has been located that could provide more information about this Postal Stamp.
Conservation and Damage:
- General Condition: Good.
- The Stamp has been recently washed, so it does not retain the rubber.
- There is no lack or breakage in the seal.
- The teeth have some defects.
- The Postal Stamp presents the deterioration typical of its time.
