Description:
- Colour print of a landscape: “Calm Water”.
- Jan Van Goyen (1596-1656), Dutch Baroque landscape painter. He painted many canals in The Hague and its surroundings, as well as the villages surrounding the fields of Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden and Gouda.
- The “calm water” in his seascapes and river landscapes, using a restricted colour palette, masterful tones and reflections in the water to create an atmosphere of stillness and calm, characteristic of his Dutch landscape style.
- The print is glued only at the top to a piece of card, which has a beautiful green line surrounding the print.
- The print can be lifted, but there is nothing written on it. At the bottom is a description of the print and the location of the original painting, which is in the National Gallery, London.
- The print is of good quality. Colour.

- The edges are in good condition.
- Shows wear and tear consistent with it's age.
