Description:
- This is a philosophical book about the greatness of the soul, feelings, passions, life, defects, etc.
- It is a kind of middle ground between insolence and baseness. It refers to honour and dishonour; but not to the honour of which the vulgar judge, but to that of which good men are the sole judges, and which is the one to which the greatness of the soul attends.
- The book has no illustrations.

Description of the book:
- Sewn binding of good execution, with guillotined cuts, from the Second Half of the 18th Century.
- Text in single-colour black printing, very good ink, well centred and with good margins.
- Book printed on white paper of medium thickness and good quality. Tanned on some pages.
- Spanish paperback hard covers.
- Stamped on spine: 'Grandeza del alma'. With a nice border on both covers.

Conservation and Damage:
- General Condition: Very Good.
- Sewn binding in good condition.
- Page 99-100 has tears.
- Cuts painted yellow, without soiling and with minimal rubbing.
- Although the book is fairly clean, there are some booklets that are much browned.
- The book has some rust spots. Some pages have small tears without affecting the text.
- The tips are slightly deteriorated with light creases and folds.
- The book has not suffered external aggressions such as attacks by insects, rodents, etc.
- There are small tears at the top of the spine, with faults in the leather.
- The book shows wear and tear typical of it's age.

Comments:
- Both the Measurements and the Weight are approximate.
- In order to take the photos of the inside pages, they have been held with tweezers.
- Very interesting book as a collector's item and curiosity.
- The tones of the colours of the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colours.
