- Text pages are in good condition, with no tears or creases. The pages are slightly darkened at the edges.
- The tips are slightly deteriorated with light creases and folds.
- The book has suffered external rust damage, mainly on the first and last pages.
- The covers, both front and back, have several rust stains.
- The book shows wear and tear typical of its age.
